Approach:
Every person deserves to feel genuinely understood in even their darkest moments without judgement. When this is achieved, I believe that each person will discover within themselves the ability to effectively deal with their habitual hurts and hangups. I am here to be that non-judgmental teammate, assisting you in finding your strengths while utilizing a trauma informed lens and integrating mindfulness based grounding techniques into sessions.Â
About me:
I love spending time with my two daughters, husband, and dog, they are my whole world.
