Insurance
Navigating insurance can be tricky. No need to worry, we’re equipped to help you.

Our Administrative team can work with you to make the insurance process as simple as possible. We will verify your eligibility for insurance benefits and review disputes on your behalf.

If we do not participate with your particular insurance company, we are happy to submit out of network, if your plan has that option.

Private pay client fees will be discussed prior to your first appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, check and credit cards for private pay, as well as payment of copays and deductibles.
Cancellation Policy
A $75 fee is issued to clients who do not cancel within 24 hours of their appointment. This is called a no-show fee and it is not billed to insurance.
Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include:

Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately. If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim. If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.
